If you registered in August, you do not need to register again for the November tryouts.
AUGUST TRYOUTS
We want to thank everyone for coming to our August tryouts this year. By having tryouts in August, it helps us better to register for tournaments and to know how many teams we will be fielding.
We also know that having tryouts earlier avoids the commotion of trying to get everyone involved as soon as the high school season ends. But because this is new this year, we will still be having a tryout in November to finish filling the teams for the rest of the season.
Our goal is to field close to 75% of each team in August and allow the November tryouts to finish those teams by giving players more opportunity to improve their skills through the high school season and decide that playing during the travel season is something they would like to do.

EXPERIENCE
The CT Juniors Travel Program was founded in the early 90s. Since then, players who have participated have received many honors including HS All-Conference, HS All-State, HS Gatorade Player of the Year, HS All-American as well as College All-Conference and College All-American. A number of former players have also been elected to the CT Women's Volleyball Hall of Fame.
LEGACY
Players have gone on to play at a variety of colleges including Duke, Rice, Harvard, Brown, UCONN, Providence College, University of Hartford, Fairfield, Wesleyan, Connecticut College, Sacred Heart, Post, Babson, College of Charleston, Haverford, Bryant, Quinnipiac, Springfield College, Southern CT, Eastern CT, Western CT , Merrimack, Wingate, New Hampshire, University of Texas Arlington and Iona to name a few.
EXCELLENCE
With teams practice an average of two times per week at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, and individual sessions upon request, CT JR athletes increase their volleyball skills and acumen as they attend and medal at travel tournaments throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states.
Players must tryout. Multiple teams are offered at each age bracket including 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U. All tryouts and practices will take place at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, CT.
Price for the 2024-25 season is $3500 ($1300 due when selected to a team, then additional installments of $1100 are due in Jan & Feb). This does not include the $60 USA Volleyball membership that players will have to obtain once selected to a team.
