The CT Juniors Travel Program was founded in the early 90s. Since then, players who have participated have received many honors including HS All-Conference, HS All-State, HS Gatorade Player of the Year, HS All-American as well as College All-Conference and College All-American.  A number of former players have also been elected to the CT Women's Volleyball Hall of Fame.

Players have gone on to play at a variety of colleges including Duke, Rice, Harvard, Brown, UCONN, Providence College, University of Hartford, Fairfield, Wesleyan, Connecticut College, Sacred Heart, Post, Babson, College of Charleston, Haverford, Bryant, Quinnipiac, Springfield College, Southern CT, Eastern CT, Western CT , Merrimack, Wingate, New Hampshire, University of Texas Arlington and Iona to name a few.

With teams practice an average of two times per week at the Connecticut Sports Center in Woodbridge, and individual sessions upon request, CT JR athletes increase their volleyball skills and acumen as they attend and medal at travel tournaments throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and other states.
